Microarray Services

Glomics Inc. will provide customized microarray design, construction, sample labeling, hybridization, image processing, and data analysis. Customized microarrays usually are flexibly configured, quickly constructed, easily updated, and cost-effective. Thus, they are able to meet requirements from different customers. We have extensive experience in the following types of microarrays: generic oligonucleotide arrays, generic cDNA arrays, PCR-amplicon promoter arrays, tiling promoter oligonucleotide arrays, specific functional gene arrays, and specific pathway arrays. We have unique software (CommOligo) and related databases to design oligonucleotide probes for whole genomes, metagenomes, individual functional genes, a group of functional genes, and add new probes to available probe sets using flexible design strategies. In addition, we also provide microarray services for commercial microarrays, such as Affymatrix arrays.
